Key Requirements

  • PharmD or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
  • Post-graduate residency or fellowship training
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • PGY2 in Pediatrics or NICU
  • PGY1 and two years of experience
  • four years of experience
