Labcorp Drug Dev UK is seeking a remote Investigator Support Assistant in Bulgaria to handle communication with investigator sites and sponsors regarding laboratory results and project-related inquiries. The ideal candidate should possess customer service experience and fluency in English plus one or more additional languages

Job Summary

  • Notify investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results, sponsor determined flags, and test cancellations as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Monitor, track, and resolve accession holds and inform the Supervisor and the associated Project Manager of any delays.
  • Support sites and sponsor with project related questions via phone and email and act as a liaison for both internal and external clients.
