Assesses risk and impact of production issues and escalates to business and technology management in a timely manner.

Key Requirements
4-6 years experience in an Application Support role
Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., bash/Python) and SQL
Experience with data analytical capabilities of Excel
Knowledge of Unix/Windows Operation Systems
Basic network troubleshooting knowledge and skills
Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly
Effective written and verbal communications
Understands how to operate efficiently under pressure
Problem solving capabilities and analytical mindset
Ability to understand how technical problems impact business/user issues
Incident tracking, reporting and follow-up
Knowledge and/or experience with Problem Management Tools
Good all-round technical skills
