Job Summary

  • Our company’s Device Product & Process Development Team designs, develops, and commercializes novel biologic/drug/vaccine-device enabled combination products to achieve safe and effective delivery to their intended site of action.
  • This position will lead cross-functional development teams and set tactical and strategic direction to ensure high quality products and robust manufacturing processes from concept through product launch.
  • The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, and vacation.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years combined medical device and combination product development experience
  • 5+ years leadership experience managing complex development programs
  • B.A./B.S in Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial or System Engineering
  • Knowledge of U.S. and global medical device regulations
  • Experience with regulatory submission processes
  • Ability to travel
  • Leadership experience in drug-device combination product development
