Job Summary

  • The Power Conversion Controls Engineering Manager role will be responsible for leading power conversion controls design, development, simulation, and validation for stationary applications.
  • Manage a team of 8-10 controls engineers ensuring successful execution of projects, initiatives, & processes for power conversion controls design and development.
  • Caterpillar's Electrification & Energy Solutions (E&ES) Division will focus on delivering advanced electrified powertrains, zero-emissions products/technologies, and the solutions and services associated with these technologies.
