  • Lead key strategic projects in the Asia-Pacific region, including supply chain network optimization, warehouse automation, and digital transformation, ensuring timely, high-quality, and on-budget delivery.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the supply chain, develop and implement resilient solutions to ensure the continuity and stability of regional operations.
