Job Summary
Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications as ordered by the attending physician or Medical Director.
Assist in developing and implementing procedures to prevent medication errors and participate in Quality Assurance programs to improve the medication process.
Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report any known or suspected violations of disclosure.
