Job Summary

  • You will be working on probabilistic safety assessment of the Nuclear Steam Raising Plant (NSRP) used across the UK’s Submarine Programme.
  • This role encompasses the full probabilistic safety assessment (PSA) lifecycle, including hazard identification, screening and assessment; component and human reliability analysis; determination of initiating event frequencies; plant modelling using fault trees; and interpretation and reporting of model results.
