Job Summary

  • Reporting to the Vice President, Applied & IREF Equipment Sales, Americas, you will be responsible for establishing and executing the sales operating model and supporting the business go to market strategy.
  • The role will lead a direct Regional Sales Manager team, while working cross functionally with sales, data analytics, finance, information technology & human resources in the development, delivery, and management of sales tools, sale reporting, sales planning / forecasting, and critical KPIs.
  • This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance.
