Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, high-volume and specialized hiring, process excellence, and employer branding initiatives supporting growth of the newly built Bangalore hub.
You will partner closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders, drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, and contribute to the growth and maturity of the GBS talent ecosystem.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws, internal policies, and TA governance standards, and perform other TA-related responsibilities as required to support business growth.
