Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Plastics Engineering, or related field
5-7+ years of injection molding experience
Direct experience with mold design fundamentals and mold maintenance programs
Hands-on troubleshooting of presses, hot runner systems, auxiliaries, and automation
Demonstrated project management with on-time execution
Lean Six Sigma tools (Green Belt preferred)
Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP principles, and food-packaging manufacturing practices
