Job Summary

  • As Deals Manager you will manage and deliver buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements, ensuring the analysis is completed to scope and translated into clear transaction conclusions and recommendations for partners and clients.
  • You will provide oversight over multiple complex engagements end-to-end, shaping diligence strategy and conclusions, advising senior stakeholders on transaction and SPA implications, and supervising delivery across teams and geographies.
  • You will participate in business development activities, contribute to proposals and pitches, and help convert follow-on work through strong delivery and relationships.
