Job Summary

  • Main Activities and Responsibilities include overall accountability for Service Delivery, Service Management framework, change management, Major Incident Management, and driving compliance with PCI, IRAP and ISO27001.
  • This role offers a chance to use both your technical knowledge and relationship building skills, with a focus on improving efficiency, productivity, and quality of service delivery across multiple regions.

Key Requirements

  • 5 years+ customer service experience
  • ITIL v.3 Foundation qualified
  • Substantial experience within similar role
