Base: 145,000.00 – 210,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: 401(k) plan with matching company contributions, Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care, Paid parental leave at 100% of salary, Paid Time Off and Company Holidays, Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay

Key Requirements
10-15 years construction industry experience
5 years project controls/estimating experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Proven track record developing accurate cost estimates
Expertise using multiple cost databases
Experience managing teams
