The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) oversees the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department for assigned facility or facilities, including delivery and coordination of direct and indirect services.
This role involves supervision of all Rehabilitation personnel, interviewing, hiring, firing, and training and development of staff.
The DOR is responsible for implementing new programs, holding administrative authority and accountability for clinical and operational delivery of rehabilitative services.

Key Requirements

CPR certification
Proficient in computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care
