Job Summary

  • Responsible for the monitoring and optimization of molding processes, problem solving, and continuous improvement of current and new product lines.
  • Develops, coordinates, and troubleshoots the manufacturing process of plastic injection molding using polypropylene and nylon resins, supervising technicians.
  • Works with Production to improve mold change over time and solve existing mold tooling issues, while also determining scheduling and troubleshooting requirements.
