Job Summary

  • Assist in planning and coordinating operations and production activities, including live events, productions, and projects, ensuring the success of show and event productions by managing technical and financial aspects.
  • Supervise members of the Production crew, Labor and Greenroom staff, coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and maintain production schedules and checklists.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain accurate records, and assist in managing inventory and procurement.
