The Test & Validation Engineer is responsible for planning and executing validation activities to ensure lighting systems meet OEM, regulatory, and internal requirements from prototype through production.
This role actively supports Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) initiatives to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across lighting systems and components.
Candidates will collaborate with Product Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to evaluate design optimizations and support corrective actions during development phases.
