KBR is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join their National Security Solutions team in Huntsville, focusing on Digital Engineering to enhance national security systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in systems engineering, particularly with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and a strong understanding of military acquisition programs

Job Summary

  • Applicant will work with a distributed team to develop the requirements and be a part of the overall program leadership to plan for and implement the required environment including the related artifacts to support digital engineering across the Dept of War with a specific focus on Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools.
  • Works with government to provide technical direction, acting as a liaison between the end users, application developers, and senior leadership within the DoW and across the Mission Engineering, Systems Engineering, Test, and Training community.
  • Applicant will monitor and support the pursuit of viable opportunities by supplying the resources and training necessary to assess, screen, and prioritize opportunities to optimize utilization of resources by assisting in defining requirements, developing specifications, developing and implementing timelines and milestones.
