  • Participates, observes and/or acts as a resource to staff for patient related clinical and service problems, collaborating with MD's to ensure optimal patient care and effective utilization of resources.
  • Acts as a patient advocate by responding and intervening in patient and visitor concerns, initiating investigation of patient incidents and medication errors, and ensuring proper documentation and corrective action plans.
