You will maintain and update electricity meter and measuring device data in SAP IS-U and process clarification cases to ensure reliable data quality.
You will support the team through precise and careful data entry in various systems and answer simple customer inquiries in writing with a service-oriented and solution-focused approach.
You will keep master data and billing-relevant parameters up-to-date in our systems, ensuring correct and smooth processing of our billing-relevant processes, and help optimize existing workflows.
