Job Summary

  • Own the operating cadence, inspection mechanisms, and business insights that drive productivity, accountability, and hiring excellence across the Talent Acquisition organization.
  • Design, implement, and own TA’s end-to-end Rhythm of the Business, including WBRs, MBRs, QBRs, and Annual Operating Planning (AOP).
