Job Summary
This Position is supporting the Food and Beverages department by for overseeing inventory, receiving, storage, and distribution of food and beverage products while ensuring accuracy, safety compliance, cost control, and efficient support of operational needs.
Supervise the control of inventory of alcoholic beverages with strict accountability and oversee the daily issuance (dispatch) of liquor to bartenders.
Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and accountability and monitor the client’s needs throughout the event to ensure customer satisfaction.
