Complete nutritional initial, quarterly, annual and significant change reviews on residents according to federal and state guidelines.
Assist in coordination of nutrition care services with Dietary Supervisor and consult with physicians and other health care personnel to determine diet restrictions and nutritional needs.
Monitor food services operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanitation and quality standards, as well as state and federal regulations.
