  • 3+ years in aerospace fabrication or manufacturing
  • Experience with functional testing and troubleshooting

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Active A&P License holder
  • Strong customer relationship building skills
  • Process improvement leadership experience
  • Background in avionics or structures

Key Requirements

  • 1 year minimum leadership experience
