Key Requirements

Relevant work experience in corporate travel and expense processes
Previous customer service or technical support experience in a SaaS environment
Solid knowledge of a GDS
Experience using online booking tools
Experience with CRM systems
Structured, independent, and a strong team player
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
