Job Summary
The Program Manager, Performance Enablement (GPS) is responsible for the administrative and overall program management for UBC’s performance enablement program for staff.
This role will project lead the Central HR team to implement, assess, refine, and expand the GPS program, working collaboratively with other areas within Central HR and portfolio-specific HR teams.
The position requires developing collaborative relationships, comprehensive training plans, and utilizing change management principles to communicate project information, timelines, and outcomes.
