The Concessions Supervisor position is responsible for supporting all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality.
Responsibilities include assisting in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff, and directly managing event day staff while interacting with customers.
Key duties involve maintaining and controlling high volume food and beverage inventory, training on responsible alcohol service, and developing/enforcing service, sanitation, and product quality standards.
