Job Summary

You will shape and steer the development and rollout of the group-wide ESM platform as the technical and organizational basis for all internal service processes.
You will integrate automation and AI technologies (e.g., GenAI, Machine Learning) into service processes, from ticket creation and chatbots to intelligent service fulfillment.
