Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible to provide direct resident care and medication administration and document care in compliance with regulatory and Extendicare Resident Health and Wellness standards and policies and procedures.
The RN will plan, coordinate, manage and evaluate the resident’s care plan working with the resident/substitute decision maker, physicians, nursing and interdisciplinary team and contracted service providers.
