The Kinetic Group is seeking a Quality Engineer Intern for their Lonoke, AR facility, aimed at enhancing quality processes in ammunition manufacturing. The intern will support quality improvement initiatives, learn manufacturing processes, and assist in auditing for ISO compliance

Job Summary

  • The Quality Intern works in close coordination with the Area Quality Engineers to identify and capitalize on opportunities that have improvement potential both plantwide and within specific areas to improve finished product quality and first-time yield, with emphasis on prevention of Quality issues.
  • Be able to learn and understand the manufacturing processes of ammunition and how quality pertains to ammunition manufacturing.
  • Learn the ballistic testing of ammunition and ammunition components in how it pertains to the manufacturing of ammunition to determine if the ammunition is conforming to specific requirements.
