Job Summary

  • As the BAS Operations Manager for Automated Logic Corporation, you will be responsible for the control’s execution process, delivering and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while maximizing operational efficiencies, controlling scope, driving the schedule, and ensuring cost to meet Automated Logic Corporations’ financial goals.
  • This position will manage construction project management, order entry, installation, and field labor, and you will have P&L responsibility associated with operations, including expense management and tracking.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years' Project Management Experience
  • Building Automation Construction Industry
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related field
  • MS Office 365 Suite
  • PMP Certification
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong problem-solving, planning and project management skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting
