Job Summary

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Allergology/Laryngology sales force to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
  • The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 199,500 to PLN 332,500 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 3+ recent years working in immunology
  • Experience in people management
  • 5+ years of sales/sales management success
  • Proven track record of successful product launch
  • Fluent in Polish
  • Valid Driver’s License
