Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Two years professional job-related experience
  • Strong electrical and mechanical background
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds frequently
  • Read, write, and conduct business in English
  • Complete Basic Assembly Training (BAT)
  • Pass targeted selection interview and drug screen

Nice-to-have

  • Previous engine assembly manufacturing experience
  • Experience operating 2-100 ton crane
  • ASE Certification for diesel or gas engines
  • Leadership experience in assembly production
  • Flexible self-directed individual with teamwork

Key Requirements

  • Two years auto/diesel/farm maintenance experience OR two years commercial construction experience
  • Technical degree in diesel engine, automotive, electrical, or agricultural technology
  • Must be able to work 8+ hours standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
