The Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of 10-15 large regional customers within the AECO industry, co-creating and executing tailored Customer Success Plans.
Responsibilities include onboarding new solutions, identifying and assisting at-risk customers to reduce churn, and partnering with various Autodesk teams and Channel Partners.
