Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Organizational Development, Operations, or related field
5+ years in T&D, L&D, or training program management
Experience leading LNAs/TNAs and building recommendations
Strong program/project management experience
Experience managing Instructional Designers or content teams
