The primary purpose of the Activity Assistant is to assist the Activity Director run a creative and interactive activities program that meets the interests and needs of each resident.
This position involves participating in planning and conducting individual, small and large group activities, as well as assisting with communication between employees, residents, families, and community.
The role requires assisting in the development of monthly activity calendars, maintaining attendance records, and supporting quality assurance and discharge planning activities.
