Job Summary

  • Act as the main customer service contact for hospitals, wholesalers, payers, and the 3PL provider, supporting deliveries and handling claims.
  • Manage sales orders in the ERP system, ensuring accurate validation, pricing, delivery, and billing, including preparing credit/debit notes.
  • Prepare essential financial and compliance reports such as Tax Authority invoice reporting, Intrastat, and Environmental Fee, while also supporting various administrative tasks.
