This role leads the design and standardization of cutting-edge Bill of Equipment and Bill of Tooling to transform vehicle building processes.
The position requires onsite work three to five days a week at the General Motors Global Technical Center in Warren, MI or potential travel to assembly plants.

Must-have
5+ years manufacturing engineering experience
3+ years manufacturing execution launch experience
Deep understanding of general assembly processes
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Ability to define manufacturing requirements
Nice-to-have
Experience in fast-paced high-throughput environments
Proficient in data analysis for continuous improvement
Familiarity with DFSS, DFMEA, & PFMEA methodologies
Background in project and construction management
Supervisory or technical leadership experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years in manufacturing engineering focusing on machinery and automation
