The position requires deep expertise in managing self-funded medical plans, 401(k) retirement programs, and complex leave of absence regulations across multiple states.
Candidates will partner closely with Operations Directors and HR teams to optimize Workday functionality and drive consistent HR practices aligned with organizational growth.
