Job Summary

  • The incumbent acts as primary support to the firm's MLCO in developing AML/CFT policies and managing relationships with local regulators.
  • The position requires embedding technology solutions to enhance compliance efficiencies while ensuring adherence to strict regulatory standards.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • AML/CFT and CPF policy development
  • Regulatory reporting to JFSC and GFSC

  • Financial crime risk mitigation strategies
  • Compliance monitoring and testing execution

Nice-to-have

  • Experience managing regulator relationships
  • Knowledge of global compliance frameworks
  • Advanced proficiency in compliance technologies
  • Previous MLRO or Deputy MLRO experience
  • Strong problem-solving and commercial mindset

Key Requirements

  • ACCA or ICAEW professional qualification
  • ICCA Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance
  • 3-5 years relevant compliance experience
  • Work authorization required for Jersey/Guernsey
  • Government clearance required
