Key Requirements

  • Ability to train and develop others

  • Strong knowledge of the Patient Access function within a revenue cycle
  • Three (3) years of work-related experience in Patient Access and revenue cycle operations (Preferred)
  • Associate’s degree in healthcare administration or related field (Preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the EPIC system (Preferred)
  • Patient Access Certifications (Preferred)
