Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in thermal engineering, supplier quality, or manufacturing engineering
  • Hands-on experience with thermal simulation tools
  • Experience working with tier-1 suppliers in Taiwan and China
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally (~20–30%)
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
