Leads and sustains all JJPS business processes, lean leadership and the Culture of Excellence at the site.
Partners with the other leaders to develop and execute the site Vision, Mission & Long-Term Strategic Roadmap aligned with MTO & Platform Strategy.

Key Requirements
10-12 Years of Related Experience
Minimum 8 Years of Operations/GET/MSAT/Planning/Project Management experience

Certification in Lean/CI, such as Master Black Belt or Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt required
