Job Summary

  • As a Senior Telecom Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining all in-house voice systems, including designing, installing, configuring, upgrading, diagnosing, repairing and optimizing telecommunications systems, call centers, contact centers and voice networks.
  • This person also analyzes and resolves telecommunications circuit and system issues in a timely and accurate fashion and assists all user needs.
