  • Lead and supervise the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective, consistent and comprehensive resident care planning and delivery.
  • Act as shift supervisor responsible for leading staff shift change and report and answering questions regarding the shift report.
  • Work as LPN on the floor to cover staffing shortages as per below LPN Daily Task list.
