Job Summary
Lead the support and sustainment of the design practice system across the BGS Engineering division.
Collaborate with technical working groups and program Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to execute engineering design practice system deliverables and goals.
Collect, analyze, and validate engineering performance metrics and data, and produce flow charts, presentations, and reports.

Summary Pay Range for Experienced-level (Level 3): $93,500 – $144,900; Summary Pay Range for Senior level (Level 4): $113,900 – $177,100; Benefits: Eligible employees may enroll in health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
