Job Summary

• The Senior Suites Manager is responsible for effectively and profitably managing and directing all day-to-day aspects of the suites, including executive suites, premium suites, and all-inclusive suites.
• Responsibilities include managing P&L statements, overseeing inventory, developing new menu items in conjunction with the Executive Chef, and ensuring timely communication with clients and suite holders.

• 3-4 years management experience in contract foodservice
• 4-5 years in suites/premium operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Knowledge of accounting policy and P&L statements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Clover and Tapin2 POS systems
