Job Summary
The EHS Engineer is responsible for leading the Environmental, Health, & Safety (EH&S) Compliance Monitoring Programs to build a proactive Safety culture.
This role supports all aspects of the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Management System at the Milpitas, California as well as other J&J locations.
Key responsibilities include ensuring a high level of EHS performance for the site and providing technical expertise for all EHS programs.

$75,000.00 - $120,750.00; Not specified; Vacation –120 hours per calendar year, Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year, Holiday pay –13 days per calendar year, Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year, Parental Leave – 480 hours, Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for immediate family member, 40 hours for extended family member, Caregiver Leave – 80 hours, Volunteer Leave – 32 hours, Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours
