Mwccabinetry is seeking a Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead their quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives within their manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-volume manufacturing, Lean methodologies, and a strong focus on fostering a culture of quality and efficiency

Job Summary

  • The QC/CI Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the plant’s Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance programs to ensure achievement of operational excellence, cost savings, and product quality goals.
  • This individual will lead Lean initiatives, manage quality systems, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across all departments.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of high-volume manufacturing experience

  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
  • Lean Certification or ASQ Certifications
  • ISO-9000 Lead Auditor Certificate
